I bring over 10 years of experience launching and managing organizations and start-up businesses including a non-profit coffee shop and a for-profit fitness business.

I have experience building businesses from the foundation up including brand messaging, logo creation, writing and filing business forms, creating client databases, creating financial spreadsheets, launching promotions through press releases and print materials, social media set-up and management.
